JOURNEY
For our west-to-east ski crossings, we begin in Kangerlussuaq, nestled among the dramatic fjords of Greenland’s west coast. From there, we ski 575km across the vast and magical expanse of the Greenland ice sheet, finishing on the east coast in Isortoq, one of the world’s most remote Inuit settlements.
Our east-to-west crossing follow the same spectacular route in reverse. Skiing across Greenland is one of the world’s most challenging and awe-inspiring expeditions—a true test of endurance, skill, and spirit. |
ENDURANCE
This expedition is extremely challenging and allows no margin for error. Participants must be in exceptional physical condition. It demands endurance, patience, and the mental toughness to ski for an average of 10 hours each day. The harsh weather will test your resilience as we push through freezing temperatures and powerful winds.
