• Professional guide with the experience of 6 previous crossings,
• All expedition permits as required by the Greenland Authorities including access permit, rifle permit, radio permit and bank guarantee,
• Comprehensive team equipment of the highest quality,
• Full pre-expedition advice and assistance, including as many emails and phone/Skype calls regarding all aspects of the expedition as you like, going over personal equipment, training and flights and any other aspect of the expedition,
• Expedition food and drinks of the highest quality and individually tailored,
• Accommodation and meals in start/end villages,
• Search and rescue/evacuation insurance - this is specific insurance required by the Greenland Authorities and usually costs around GBP 1500,
• Helicopters (scheduled, or chartered if required) for our west to east crossings so as to exit Isortoq and Tasiilaq,
• Boat trips for our east to west crossings so as to reach the start point at Isortoq;
• 24/7 direct telephone contact to a UK doctor, and
• Website updated daily for friends and family.

Not included:

• International flights to and from Greenland,
• Personal clothing and equipment (full assistance is provided to assist you source personal equipment),
• General travel insurance,
• Any costs, including helicopters, associated with leaving the expedition early, ​
• Any costs resulting from delays, disruptions or variations due to weather or ice-cap conditions, and
• Any other cost not specified in the inclusions.
